1. Install the game
2. Download the 1.0.3. patch/crack
3. Copy all the files into the GTA IV directory.
4. Use the Launch GTA IV to play (DO NOT USE THE ICON THAT MADE WHEN INSTALLED IT WONT WORK)

I have been playing this for a few days and have not noticed any problems and has the cinematic and radio sound. Use the crack from the patch, not the torrent!
